A. 30 Days Return To Us what it mean?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Iyiebo.com and the product is still in good and new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the product half and the shipping fees did (not applicable for free shipping). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 30 Days Product Guarantee.
The return package should contain all the accessories of this product,
which should still be in a good and brand condition. Always never forgot to contact Iyiebo.com customer center! because Iyiebo.com will not be responsible for returned product without notifying us in advance please!
B. 6 Days Return to Us what it mean?
1. Within 6 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and tell us directly whether you want a refund or replacement;

A photo of the shipping label and original packaging of product, a photo or video showing the issue, to tell us if you prefer a refund or replacement. We will review your claim and reach to you then if we need to know more about the issues if approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and we will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees according to your location.
1. Will I need to send the product back to Iyiebo.com?
Yes! But only high value products need to be returned and it usually refers to product worth $80-$100 going up. If it is not high value then please you do not need to return it. If we ask you to return the product, we will discuss with you the most cost effective way according to your location to return ship to us and full instructions. If we ask you to return a product , Iyiebo.com are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
2. Where do I send back this product?
Iyiebo.com will not be responsible for returned product without notifying us in advance please. For the product if you need return, please contact Iyiebo.com customer center before.
3. Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Please keep your invoice number or get it from your Iyiebo.com buyer's account. You should return the product as well as its original packaging and all its accessories, if agreed otherwise like cables, batteries, chargers, and similar ones. If one component, accessory or spare part is missing, Iyiebo will charge you to pay for it.
